How do I install XRPay on my BigCommerce store?
Find XRPay in the BigCommerce App Marketplace and click Install. After authorizing the OAuth permissions, you'll be taken to your XRPay dashboard to connect your XRPL wallet and go live.
What is RLUSD and is it safe?
Ripple USD (RLUSD) is a regulated US dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by Ripple Labs Inc. For every RLUSD token in circulation there is an equivalent US dollar held in reserve. It is not XRP — there is no price volatility. You receive stable value for every sale.
Do my customers need a crypto wallet?
No. Customers pay at checkout using any XRPL-compatible wallet (including Xaman/XUMM, Bithomp, or any exchange that supports withdrawals to XRPL). Your checkout page shows a QR code — customers simply scan and confirm. No crypto knowledge is required on your end.
What happens if a payment session expires?
Payment sessions are locked for 15–30 minutes. If the timer expires before the customer pays, the order is marked as pending and the customer is prompted to restart. You are never charged for expired sessions.
Are chargebacks possible?
No. Transactions on the XRP Ledger are cryptographically irreversible. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed by the customer, their bank, or any intermediary. Refunds, if you choose to issue them, are separate outbound transactions at your discretion.
How does the POS register work?
Enable POS in your XRPay Settings. Open the register from any modern browser or tablet on your store network. Staff members log in with a PIN, add items from your BigCommerce catalog (or by SKU/barcode scan), enter the subtotal, and present the QR code to the customer. Receipts can be printed or emailed.
What is the B2B Wholesale Marketplace?
A merchant-to-merchant marketplace built into XRPay where you can list your products at wholesale prices or purchase inventory from other merchants. Transactions are escrow-protected and settle in under 5 seconds at around 0.5% fee — versus 15–25% on platforms like Faire.
How do I export tax data?
Go to the Taxes & Ledger tab in your dashboard. Your YTD gross volume, all-time volume, and full transaction ledger are displayed with Fair Market Values at the time of receipt. Click Export CSV to download an IRS-compatible file compatible with most crypto tax software.
How do I set up my Telegram store?
Go to Settings → Telegram in your XRPay dashboard. Follow the step-by-step guide to create a bot via @BotFather, paste your API token, and link your BigCommerce catalog. Your customers can then browse and pay without leaving Telegram.
How do I uninstall the App?
Go to your BigCommerce control panel → Apps → My Apps → XRPay → Uninstall. This revokes all API access and triggers deletion of your store data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
